Refund Policy
At Run Club by Green Room, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the policy below.
1. Returns

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and final sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size (subject to availability). If you’d like to request an exchange, please reach out through our return process.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within [e.g., 3–5 days] of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
